What Causes Earlobe Swelling With Discharge?

hiya, recently me earlobes have been swelling up, discharging and disappearing. but over the last few days my left ear lobe has become hugely swollen, and incredibly painful, releasing a horrible discharge. my face below the ear is becoming swollen too, any idea what it could be?
