What Causes Early And Light Periods After Having Unprotected Sex?

Had unprotected sex a few times in the last two months. My period has come earlier than expected last and this month and shorter than usual. My breast have grown larger and im lactating for about 2-3 weeks now. Ive been having light blood when I wipe my self after peeing for at least 6 months now.
