What Causes Early Menopause?

Please type your query here...i hvent had my period in over a year. and i told my doctor so he did a bunch of test on me and everything is ok he also sent me for an aultrasound but i havent heard anything back yet ? and its really fusterating cause i would like to have another baby i am 30years old
