What Causes Early Menstruation With Prolonged Bleeding?

im 20 yearsold. my last period was different. it came 2 weeks early and ended about 10 days ago. it was very light and brown in color. i have been having signs of pregnancy since the 3rd or 4th. (very tired, slight temperature, very very moody, slight stomach pains) i just took a PT today and the results weren't clear. there was dots where the positive line should be. could i be pregnant, or maybe ovulating? i cant figure it out.
