What Causes Early Periods, Light Bleeding, Dizziness And Nausea?

Period came 5 days early, had no pms, only a sore nipple. Only lasted for 3 days and was very light compared to normal. Waves of dizziness every day before and since with nausea in the last week. Took a hpt today and it was negative. What else could it be?
