What Causes Early Periods?

Hi What is the reason of early periods (eg I had Period on Jan 22 which last for 4 days and in Feb I got it on 15..my periods normally comes 3 days early ..this month I suppose to have it now but still pending). I never had sexual intercourse but my boyfriend licked and fingered me on Jan 26 after my periods. Can fingering and licking can cause it late..also i noticed an odd smell in my urine after Jan.
