What Causes Ears Clogging, Wax Wetness And Bleeding?

hi, i had gotten water in my ears during a shower many months ago. It was only in one ear. From then on, the ear sometimes would feel "stopped up" like it was full of fluid and hearing would be diminished a little. This would go away. There was no pain with it. The wax would always be "wet" like. Now I see a very little bit of blood mixed with the wax and a little dried blood. I don't put qtips etc in the ear, and it's the same ear that had the water in it. Does this sound like infection?
