What Causes Easy Bruising?

Call me newton, male age 34yrs, height 5.7" weight 63kg. I'm facing a condition that is recurring for over 2yrs now, a bump like pimple that shifts now and then with itchness of skin often forms lines or bumps after scratching mostly i the evening and sometimes morning. I bruise so easily and sometimes unusual pains put my fingers on pressure like carrying heavy loads like bag using narrow straps, what is my problem? Is there a cure for??
