What Causes Egg Smelling Urine?

Hi,
I have a strong egg like smell when i pee. I dont have a fever or chills. No blood is in my urine. I had a c-section in Aeugust of 2014 and have had pains from that every so often. I have not had a menstrual cycle since october but a negative pregnancy test. It does not burn or hurt when i pee and the smell is pretty much every time i use the bathroom. I do have bowel issues that i need to get tested i bleed every time i have a bowel movement and is very painful it puts me into tears. I have not changed my diet since i was in high school. I am very fit and try to stay active as much as possible. I am 22 now and this has been going on for about a month now. Since the beginning of january i believe. Im starting to get really self concious becausd my husband can smell the lingering when he uses the restroom after me :(
