What Causes Electric Sensation In Chest And Head After Stopping Lexapro Intake?

I am using lexapro for several years. My doctor recently put me on budeprion XL 150 mg. I misunderstood and thought I was suppose to go off the lexapro when I started the budeprion. When he found out, he immediately put me back on the lexapro to take gradually up to 20 mg. as before. Today I feel lousy with shock like feelings on my chest, head, and back. Is this normal and should it stop when I am completely back on the lexapro?
