What Causes Electric Shock Like Feeling In Head And Hand?

i am 20 years old and 8 months, i weigh 65 kg and 178cm tall. i had chronic colon pain problems but it hasnt been bothering me lately.
Five days ago i almost had a nervous breakdown but i held myself into not allowing it to happen. till now i have been getting electric pulses in my left arm and head. i would like to know what that is please. thank you
