What Causes Electric Shock Like Feeling Radiating From Sole Of Right Foot?

I am walking home from work and a electric shock sensation moving from the bottom of my feet to my right leg is preventing me from walking. the pressure now is goinh up my back. what can I do to walk again I had to sit and cannot get up to walk around the pain is very severed.
