What Causes Electric Shock Sensation In Heart While On Pain Medications?

I took three different pain medications every four hours for a day, and during the night I woke with an electric shock feeling in my heart, and I was sweating. This morning I woke up with an unbearable headache to the point that I couldn t even move my head. What could this be?
