What Causes Electric Shock Sensation Through Out The Body?

For the last three days I ve experienced what feels like an electric shock that causes my whole body to feel it and react. I m also tired and dizzy when I stand up. When I stood up to go to kitchen, I was so dizzy, by my third step caused me to fall like a stiff box of bricks.
