What Causes Electric Shock Sensations In Body?

I feel an strong electric shock goes from my head to my body like a wave. then I gaze to one direction and unable to talk or move my body. this lasts from a few minutes to a couple of hours. it happens without a warning. all of my tests and MRIs are normal.
