What Causes Electrifying Sensation And Soreness Of Left Breast?

I have back problems and i have a nerve schocking my left breast it s been coming and going for a while but its got worse the the point its schocking harder and more often it has my breast very sore and still schocking worse than ever. I havent done anything to my breast. Dr.said it because of my back
