What Causes Electrifying Sensation From Right Breast To Arms?

I'm getting these 'electric shocks' that shoot from my right breast down my arm and then sometimes the shocks just go all over my body. It doesn't always hurt, but it can occasionally. What could this be? I have no obvious signs of breast cancer(bumps, etc)
