What Causes Electrifying Sensation On Shoulder And Chest?

I am a 70 yr old woman, in pretty good health. I have had a scary problem about 5 times in the last year. I get a fluttering on my right side, sometimes it starts in the leg or on my side and then it turns into what I can only describe as electric shocks around my shoulder and breast. It is a stabbing shock. I hold myself until it goes away which is about 20 minutes later. I m thinking I need to see a neurologist???
