What Causes Elevated AST And ALT While Having Hepatitis And Diabetes?

Hi! I have a question about my recent AST and ALT results. I had hepatitis complication as a child and went under treatment for a long period of time more than 30 yrs ago. I developed type 2 diabetes 8-9 yrs ago and depression and I m taking multiple medications (7). My AST is 56 U/L and ALT 85 U/L. My question is is this a result of the hepatitis in the past or the meds that I m taking?
