What Causes Elevated AST And SGOT Levels With History Of Gallbladder Removal?

Hi, My 37 daughter went to er because of stomach pain her AST level came back at 85 and the SGOT AST 85 also.The Basco was 0. Years ago she had her gall bladder removed at 21 and her sphincter of oddi valve cut. Born with Hydro cephalus she was shunted at birth lengthened at 7 then 5 yrs ago a completely new one put in,however they had to leave the old non functional one in, as too dangerous to remove. Any thoughts why her liver count could be so high They were normal until now.. Any meds that can cause this. She takes lyrica, pain meds cymbalta,colanipin, plus trazodone for sleep.
