What Causes Elevated BP, Dizziness And Pain The Back Of The Head?

hello doctor, my blood pressure is 103/ 72. i have a little dizziness and legs r tired. i hv a depression problem too. i took depression medicine but last 5 days i stopped tht medicine too. sometime i feel my head is vibrate, pain in back back head too.
