What Causes Elevated BP Levels, Recurring Chest Pain, Breathlessness, Hot Flashes, And Headaches For The Past Few Days?

Hello I am a 21 year old Male and for the past 3 days I ve had high blood pressure . Not extremely high usually 143 94 but I also been having a a wierd sharp discomfort in my chest on my left breast and on my left shoulder that usually last about 2 minutes and occurs every couple houres. I also get severe hot flashes with difficulty breathing and a bad headech. I just took my blood pressure and it s at 142 93 . My question is should is there reason to go to the hospital or should I just let my medication try and do its thing. All these problems started a year ago were I had realy bad headaches and realy high blood pressure 180+ with 100+ for 2 weeks. And with medication stayed at 140 90-102 started getting realy bad difficulty breathing but after months of looking for medication my doctor subscribed me buspirone verapamil lisinopril and chlorinasiposide. I got better but it s been 4 days with these symptoms again. Should I go to the hospital
