What Causes Elevated SGOT And CO2 Levels In Blood?

Recent lab work revealed an elevated SGOT level (50) and a slightly elevated CO2 (30). I am a 42 year old male on the following medications: Synthroid .137 Suboxone 16 mg Warfarin 5 mg Adderal 40 mg Testosterone 300 mg per week in 2 injections (150 mg per injection) The only other possible relevant info. is that I ve just begun working out again and have been was sore before going in for labs. Are these numbers anything to be concerned about? Does the combination of the two elevated tests indicate anything in particular? Thanx.
