What Causes Elevated TLC In Blood?

Hello my 3 years daughter 11 kg suffering from fever last 15 dys .her TLC is 17800 according to blood report .malaria found negative . No other problem like cough cold . I want to know what can be the reason od TLC increase and is there any need of further investigation.she is G6PDDeficient
