What Causes Elevated Blood Pressure Along With Cold Hands And Feet?

My blood pressure is up, 134/100 shortly after I got up this morning and I had chest pain, rated at 2-3. I take Nadolol 20 mg at bedtime. I took an aspirin 325mg and another 20 mg of Nadolol this morning and it helped. My B/P is 158/96 this evening. I have been having very cold hands & feet the last few weeks and sometimes my toes and feet are blue.
