What Causes Elevated Blood Pressure Along With Pressure In Sternum?

I am recovering from 3 days of intestinal flu. Now my blood pressure is elevated and I an having discomfort and pressure in my clavicle/sternum area as well as ringing ears? My lymph nodes under my arms and upper chest and shoulders are tender to touch. I am 63 yr old female. Yes, I did get flu shot. I am miserable.
