What Causes Elevated Blood Pressure Level When Suffering From Aortic Aneurysm?

I have been diagnosed with a 3.8 lower aortic aneurysm, my blood pressure was normally 90 over 65 now it runs in the 140s and when I get upset about it has been going to 160 a couple times a month. Today it went to 180 and goes down to 150 when I lay down....but raises immediately 20 pints when I get up just to use the restroom. Is this a problem, I see my doctor Monday at 1:00...hate to call him on the weekend. What do you think. I also have a very mild pain when this happens
