What Causes Elevated Creatinine Level?

hi I dont have diabetes and am a fit and healthy lifestyle enthusiast, diet et al. my creatinine levels are 1.8, my ultrasound show nothing abnormal and am awaiting to see my kidney doctor. Im wondering what the treatments are to help treat these issues. I have no symptom otherwise
