What Causes Elevated Creatinine Levels?

Hi... My kidney count is 23 & I understand the normal number should be between 85-95, with 61 being the danger level... I was told to drink lots of water & eat a better diet... what else can I do or take to nget the number back where it should be... thank-you in advance... Dan West at: YYYY@YYYY
