What Causes Elevated Diastolic Pressure Along With Numbness In Shoulder?

Hi I m 28 year old and mother of two boys. I have a question about my blood pressure Normally my BP is about 90,70 but now a days my BP is 107,83. And last three weeks I feel that my left arm and shoulder is numb. I m a little bit worried about my condition so please can u tell me every thing is alright Thank you so much
