What Causes Elevated Heart Rate After Taking Adipex?

Hi,I am on Day 2 of my adipex medication including 1500 calorie diet as well as 1-2 mile jogging; however, I ve noticed that my heart beats faster which prompted me to download the pulse oximetry app which read 117bpm! Is this a major concern?adverse side effects?help please!!
