What Causes Elevated Heartbeat With History Of Wolff–parkinson–white Syndrome?

I was born with WPW I had heart surgery in 91 I have been great until now.. I am under a lot of stress. This only occurs at night, but the fast heart beats are back and uncontrollable. Is this a sign my condition is coming back? Am I at risk for a heart attack? I m scared. Nikki
