What Causes Elevated Levels Of WBC And Lymphocytes?

For the past year my CBC has shown high levels for WBC 12.9, MCV 103.4, MCH 3.4, Lymphocytes 6.3 and Monocytes 1.4 This has been the norm for me. I am a 45 year old female with congenital asplenia and contaneous lupus. The hematologist has wanted to do a bone marrow biopsy on me for the last 5 years but I will not do it without being put to sleep. What could these results be showing me?
