What Causes Elevated Levels Of Creatine Phosphokinase?

Hello I am 29 male. Recently in my test for CPK it showed 390. Could you please explain if it s okay or should I take other test to know more. I was asked to do the blood test because of high fever and body pains. Every other parameters are good. Expect CPK. Please advice
