What Causes Elevated Levels Of Liver Enzymes And Platelets?

Hello, My sister (64 y.o) was diagnosed with large intestine obstruction on March 12, 2015. CT scan was done and a tumour in her sigmoid part of intestine was found. She had subtotal colectomy 13th March 2015 and about 1 m of the intestine was removed. We are still waiting for histological results... She did a blood test today. Here are some elevated levels ALKP 277 ALT 78 AST 38 GGT 156 Ferritin 172 Platelets 745 C.P.R 2.9 Why they are so high? Thank you in advance, Irena
