What Causes Elevated Liver Enzymes In Blood?

Hi , i m a reaumotoid airthritis patient and had both hips replacement during september 2010 and then fine and after that i had 3 time miscarriages and all happened in third month of pregnancy then i lost the hope for the baby but i want to plan again for baby and doing all the blood test and all r ok but sgot 200, sgpt 180 and ggtp 248 so i m worried about the liver . Please suggest me what was the reason for it.
