What Causes Elevated Liver Enzymes, Pain In Right Side Of Body While On Dialanton?

I have been taking dialanton since 1985 I have been having elevated liver enzymes. I have sever bruising and am loosing more body fat then weight. I am constantly hurting on my right side and lower areas.last liver test was showing improvement and is being chalk up to an infection.the blood panel was showing elevated for bone and liver disease. My innards are not feeling better.Could this be from years on medication and what should I be asking the doctor? I have not seen a neurologist in years but see a family doctor
