What Causes Elevated Liver Enzymes While Having Copper IUD?

I received a prescription for a liver ultrasound from my doctor due to my enzyme levels: ALT 63, AST 51 and ALP 170. I don't drink alcoholic beverages. I am 34 years old. I do have the cooper IUD (not sure if this is causing the elevated numbers) I am little worried about the ultrasound results.
