What Causes Elevated Liver Enzymes?

Thank you. i have GGT level of 48 and ALT level of 39, both of which are above normal for liver enzymes. I feel healthy but am in the middle of menopause apparently. Could this be the cause of these elevated liver enzymes? I only want an answer if this is a free service. Thanks very much for your service
