What Causes Elevated Liver Enzymes?

Hi! I tested positive for SMA - MRI showed no liver damage - my ALT is often slightly elevated briefly - my GGT level is always slightly elevated -- other than AIH OR PBC what else could cause this-- I am 50 the herpetologist says that I am too old for it to be caused by mono- any ideas?
