What Causes Elevated Sodium Level In Urine While On Tazloc?

Hi I am Doraiswamy my age is 75 am taking tazloc 80 for BP and my BP is under control But I find that my sodium in urine is high and Dr mentioned that my kidney is 85% efficiency. I am to go go for 24hr urinetest next week .Do you think it is the side effect of this medicine
