What Causes Elevated Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies?

Hi,
Recent lab results show iron and total binding capacity normal but ferritin at 248 ng/ml. I was told there is nothing to worry about but have read that this can be an indication of iron build up in the liver. My B12 is 319 pg/mL and was told to start vitamins. My thyroid peroxidase antibodies are highly elevated at 112 IU/mL and not sure why. Please help me understand these numbers!
Thanks!
