What Causes Elevation In ALT And Bilirubin Levels?

Mike I m curious about these liver test results: ALT      ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE      BILIRUBIN, TOTAL      I m 6 foot tall, weigh about 250, and drink a couple beers or glasses of wine nightly. I also take a sleep aid that contains Ibuprofen. I m pretty active although I ve gained 25 pounds in the last year while carrying a pretty heavy schedule with work and home life. Should I be concerned that I ve done irreparable damage to my liver?
