What Causes Elevation In BP Levels Despite Being Diagnosed With Severe Osteoporosis?

I took Reclast in 2012 & 2013. During 2013 I had spikes of blood pressure and overall I did not feel good. I do have hypertention.Anyways, I refused to take it in 2014. I am going back to talk to the endocrinologist in Feb. I would really like to beable to take Reclast every other year. Is this possible? Also, do they adjust the dosage of reclast to your weight? I weigh 112 1bs., and I do have severe osteoporosis. I do weight lifting 3x per week. Started 1 year ago. Will this help? YYYY@YYYY
