What Causes Elevation In Blood Pressure And Heart Rate?

Hi, I have been on high blood pressure medicine for 10 years. I had an ablation 3 years ago to treat a heart murmer I have since I can remember (child). It went well. My BP has been fairly under control, but about 1 year ago it started going up and heart rate too. I had several days of very high BP such as 170/120 and heart rate 140 to 150. About 6 months ago my doctor gave me something to help and withina few days both went down alot. I stopped taking it after 10 days because they were very low and I was feeling too fatigued and lightheaded. MY BP as been in the 95/55 to 105/65since. I have not lost any weight, changed my eating habits or exercising at all. I m concerned there my be an issue, but I just had a doctor visit and my doctor did not seem concerned. I would greatly appreciate any feedback.
