What Causes Elevation In Liver Enzymes During Postpartum?

I am very worried about my daughter (34) who had a baby two months ago. She has some elevation in her liver enzymes now. She didn't have problems during her pregnancy and the baby is doing great. She also had breast cancer (stage 1) 3 years ago. The cancer did not spread, and her oncologist said she could have a baby, but now I am worried that perhaps the pregnancy created problems with her liver. Or perhaps cancer has returned in her liver. They are just monitoring her blood for now, but I am in a panic.
