What Causes Enlarged Left Atrium Along With High Blood Pressure?

hi my question is i just found out I have a borderline enlarged left atrium and I have high blood pressure. which has been under control with amlodipine and lately its been higher 153/84 some alittle bit higher and some lower, this all occurred after being on prednsone and symbicort inhaler and ventolin. I feel out of breath when I try and do alot. Oh And I also have PVC. Ihave anxiety attacks so I am a litle freaked out by all this, and Im in parimenopause with heavy bleeding from time to time. Is the heart thing something that can be gotten under control with proper diet and more exercise as im over weight. ....thank you very much for your time
