What Causes Enlarged Lymph Nodes And Lesion In Calf?

Hi Doctor, i went to a massage parlour and to the gym sauna on the same day and developed a lesion in my calf. This happened 6 months ago. The lesion looked like a papula, painless, and 2 days after it was flat and I developed a bruise and enlarged lymph node on the very same spot. This cleared itself after 2 weeks. Since then I have been feeling enlarged lymph nodes and some pain. Is it possible that i got some kind of disease or STD? my email is YYYY@YYYY
