hi doctor . there is 27 y/o lady. report of ultrasound of whole abdomen says few enlarged LYMPH nodes are seen at peripancreatic head and body area avg size approx 12mm &liver is enlarged with mild coarse echotexture size 166mm LFT adv. GB wall is inflammed .
