What Causes Enlarged Papillae On Tongue With Swollen Tonsils?

My tongue has a white coating on it, which is not normal! Its normaly a pretty pink. I have englarged circumvallte papillae on my tongue and its swollen. My throat is ugly and puffy with my veins popping out. my tonsils are swollen and I have had a fever. These symptoms started about 2 months ago.
